Sound Baths
A sound bath is a therapeutic experience where participants are immersed in soothing, resonant sounds, often created by instruments like gongs, crystal bowls, and Tibetan singing bowls. These vibrations and frequencies help to relax the mind, ease stress, and promote healing on a deep level. As the sounds wash over you, they guide you into a state of meditation, where your body and mind can recalibrate, release tension, and restore balance. Sound baths are an effective way to enhance well-being, offering a peaceful escape from daily stress and a chance to reconnect with your inner self.Sound baths are currently offered at Hacienda del Sol Guest Ranch Resort. Private sessions are held in my private space at Plaza Palamino in Tucson, Arizona.-

A custom 1ml bottle of my Wounded Healer essential oil blend for each guest to deepen their meditation
A guided sound meditation using crystal bowls and other instruments to promote deep relaxation
Light breathwork to help guests ground and open their energy before the sound journey
Community connection time to share reflections, ask questions, and integrate the experience
Time for journaling right after the sound bath (optional)
